Is it safe for children to be in a hot tub?

As a rule of thumb, yes. However, check with your pediatrician or family
physician.The core body temperature for a child will generally rise quicker than that of
an adult so it's important for children to "cool down" in one of the designated cool down seats more
often than it is for adults. Children should never be left in a hot tub or swimming pool unattended.
